Birmingham Michigan, March 14 ,1970. A place and time etched in history. For it was then that Olga Loizon opened her first restaurant. She began each day by lovingly preparing her secret-recipe bread by hand. Bread that would change the sandwich and the world forever. Today at each Olga’s Kitchen, we pay tribute to Olga by preparing that same secret-recipe and grilling it to order to create the world’s freshest sandwich. So, fear not famished friends… we stand guardians of the sacred recipe. |
